Homemade lemon jam: simple and quick recipe

Ingredients:
700g Lemons
600g sugar
1kg water
Vanilla extract
Directions:
Cut the lemons into slices and put them in the pot, pour the water and bring to the boil. Also sterilize the jars by soaking them in water (on the fire) for 30 minutes.
Place the lemons in a bowl and blend them in a mixer or food processor, then pour them into a saucepan and place the first half of sugar, then place the rest. Also add the vanilla extract and bring over very low heat for 30 minutes. Then pour into the jars, seal them and turn them upside down. Let them cool completely.
