INGREDIENTS
INGREDIENTS
- ground chicken (455 g)
- breadcrumbs (25 g)
- 1 egg
- blue cheese (70 g)
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- tomoto sause (60 mL)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- cornmeal (110 g)
- cups flour (155 g)
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- sugar (65 g)
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- milk (300 mL)
- vegetable oil, for frying
METHOD
- In a bowl mix together ground chiken, breadcrumbs, egg, blue cheese, spieces and sause. Mix well and roll into little balls.
- Fry meatballs until brown on all sides.
- In another bowl mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt, add in egg and milk.
- Dip meatballs into the prepared dough mixture.
- Lower the meatballs into the hot oil for about 4 minutes until golden brown.
