Chocolate cream horns: a delicious and easy puff pastry idea!

A sweet treat ready in no-time! 

INGREDIENTS
 1 sheet puff pastry;
 2 egg yolks;
 20 g (0.7 oz) sugar;
 15 g (0.5 oz) flour;
 2/3 cup milk;
 100 g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate;
 10 g (0.3 oz) cocoa powder;
 egg wash.
 
METHOD
 Preheat oven to 200C/400F.
 Roll out puff pastry and cut into thin strips. Wrap each strip around cannoli tube, slightly overlapping, brush with egg wash and bake for 15 minutes. Leave to cool down.
 Meanwhile make quick and simple chocolate cream by whisking egg yolks with sugar, flour, cocoa powder and adding milk into it.
 Microwave for 2 minutes, whisk and add dark chocolate. Microwave for 2 minutes more, cover with plastic wrap and leave to cool completely.
 Fill each puff pastry horn with cream using pastry bag. Dip cream horns into melted dark chocolate halfway, leave to set completely and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
