Soft raisin breads: tasty and genuine snack

Ingredients:
250g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 large egg
125ml hot milk
1/2 cup raisins
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Almonds flakes
Directions:
In a large bowl put flour, sugar, salt and dry yeast. Then add egg, milk and raisins. Mix well until you have a smooth dough, then let rise for 2 hours. Add the butter and form the dough, let it rest for 30 minutes and brush an egg yolk. Add the flakes and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 25 minutes.
