Heart cake: the secret to make it in the simplest way ever!

INGREDIENTS
5 eggs, separated;
70 g (2.5 oz) sugar;
70 ml (2.5 fl.oz) vegetable oil;
70 g (2.5 oz) flour;
Whipped cream;
Hazelnut paste;
Mixed berries.
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
- Whip egg whites until foamy and start adding sugar in portions, while still working with a mixer.
- When hard peaks form, add egg yolks and whisk using a hand whisk. Pour vegetable oil, mix in and add flour.
- Spread airy batter onto a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Leave to cool down.
- Cut into 5 strips, cover 3 of them with whipped cream and hazelnut cream. Roll and place in a center of the plate forming a triangle.
- Cover leftover 2 strips with some cream and wrap them around rolls to make a heart shape as shown on the video.
- Cover the whole cake with cream and decorate using berries of your choice.
