How to prepare a Greek yogurt caesar salad

Ingredients:
1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese very finely grated
2 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves of garlic pressed
2 tsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
a generous pinch of salt and pepper
For the salad:
1 large head of Romaine lettuce
3 slices of bacon cooked until crisp and crumbled
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese for garnishing
Croutons optional
Directions:
Dressing: you just need to place all the ingredients in a blender and combine all.
Pour the dressing on the lettuce, mix and add bacon, parmesan and croutons.
