Boston cream pie: you'll fall in love with this amazing dessert

Ingredients:
CREAM:
300ml milk
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
4 Egg Yolks
25g Cornstarch
75g Caster Sugar
FOR THE CAKE:
165ml Milk
25g Butter
2 Eggs
2 Egg Yolks
175g Caster Sugar
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
250g All-purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
FOR THE CHOCOLATE GANACHE:
100g Dark Chocolate
100ml Hot Double Cream
Directions:
Cream: mix yolks, corn starch and sugar. In pot mix milk, salt and vanilla, heat and pour into the egg mixture. Make the cream and set aside.
Cake: mix eggs with sugar, then all the other ingredients and pour the batter in two molds. Bake at 300°F (150°) for 30 minutes.
Cut the cake in the middle and fill with cream, cover with ganache and serve.
