Zucchini spaghetti: refreshing, light and tasty dish

Ingredients for 2 people:
400g zucchini
200g red and yellow cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
Garlic, basil, parsley
Laurel and rosemary
Directions:
In a saucepan put to cook (very low flame) oil, garlic, bay leaf, rosemary and parsley. You only need to season the oil, don't fry it. Cut the zucchini into spaghetti (there are different machines to do this), then cut the tomatoes and season with basil and salt.
Put the zucchini spaghetti to cook in salted water, 40 seconds and drain. Put in a bowl with ice to keep the color green. Put in the bowl with the tomatoes and the oil, stir well.
