Roasted potatoes: here's the secret to make them crispy outside and soften inside!

INGREDIENTS
• Potatoes
• Garlic
• Rosemary
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Chili powder
• Coriander
METHOD
- Cut the medium potatoes in half and put them in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Peel two cloves of garlic and dice.
- Finely chop rosemary too.
- Put olive oil in a pan, once hot add the garlic and rosemary for several minutes.
- Strain the oil and pour it into the potatoes. Save a little for later.
- Add salt, pepper and chili powder.
- Mix everything very well.
- Divide the potatoes in two.
- One part bakes for 60 minutes at 200ºC (392ºF), flipping the potatoes over at 30 minutes.
- Pour the other part in a hot pan and add the oil that was previously used.
- Flip the potatoes continuously.
