The method to make a tasty and juicy roasted whole chicken

Ingredients:
1 small yellow onion
3 stalks celery
3 carrots
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
10 sprigs thyme
5 sprigs rosemary
5 pound whole chicken
4 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Directions:
In a skillet cook onion. celery, carrots and seasoning with salt, pepper and oil. Then add thyme and rosemary. Add the spices and garlic inside the chicken and truss it. Spread butter, seasoning the outside too and cook on the veggies.
