Bread corn: the stringy and soft recipe to enjoy your break

Ingredients:
110 gr water
5 gr instant yeast
30 gr sugar
4 gr salt
50 gr milk
250 gr bread flour
30 gr butter
100 gr corn
100 gr roll cheese
Mayonnaise and parsley for topping
Directions:
In a large bowl mix water, yeast, sugar, salt, milk and flour. Mix well and integrate the butter, then cover and leave for one hour.
Then make some balls and leave them for 15 minutes. Then spread, fill and close the bread. Leave for 1 hour and then cut each one on top. Topping with mayonnaise and parsley and bake at 356°F (180°) for 14 minutes.
