4 microwave desserts to make in no-time!

1. Microwave chocolate cake
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup whole milk
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
METHOD
1.Pour the oil in a bowl together with the sugar and mix.
2.Add the milk, lemon juice, Vanilla extract, flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix.
3.Pour into a circular glass mold and place in the microwave. Cook on full power for 5-6 minutes.
4.Heat the heavy cream until it bubbles and pour it over the chocolate pieces, wait for 1 minute and mix.
5.Allow the cake to cool, then pour the chocolate mixture over the cake and serve.

2. Chocolate chip cookie mug cake
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
50g sugar
50 butter
150g flour
30g brown sugar
chocolate chips, as needed
1tsp hazelnut cream
8g baking powder

METHOD
- Beat together the egg and sugar, then add the flour, softened butter, brown sugar and the baking powder.
- Mix well and put some of the dough into a mug.
- Add a spoonful of hazelnut cream in the center, cover with more dough and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
- Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
3. Mug cake
That’s right, a delicious and fluffy cake ready in just 5 minutes! When you are craving something sweet, but don’t want to make a mess in the kitchen and don’t have much time, this recipe is what you need!
The ingredients are: 2 tablespoons of flour, one tablespoon of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, one teaspoon of baking powder, one egg.
Mix all the ingredients directly in a mug and cook in the microwave for about 2 minutes. The result will delight you :D

4. No oven fluffy cake
INGREDIENTS
4 cups muffin batter;
½ cup dark chocolate, chopped;
1 cup pastry cream;
melted dark chocolate, chopped hazelnuts for serving.

METHOD
- Butter small ramekin or a mug.
- Combine muffin batter with chopped dark chocolate.
- Pour batter into a ramekin, place it into a pot with boiling water, cover with a lid and steam for 18-20 minutes.
- Remove ramekin from the pot, let it cool down for a couple minutes and flip onto a serving plate.
- Cut off the top of the cake and remove insides to form a cup.
- Fill each cup with a little bit of pastry cream, cover with a top and pour some melted chocolate on top. Sprinkle with hazelnuts and serve warm.
