1. Cheese egg toast
INGREDIENTS
• Egg
• Butter
• Sliced bread
• Large silicon baking sheet
• Large baking tray
• Salt and pepper
METHOD

METHOD
- Place 12 slices of bread on the baking sheet.
- Use a spoon to mark out a square in the middle of each slice and brush butter on the edges.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Put an egg in the center of each slice of bread. Season again.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on all edges on top of the butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
2. Floating eggs
METHOD
A unique way to cook eggs, pour them into silicone baking cups and let them cook in a pan with boiling water, The result is awesome!
3. Tea eggs
METHOD
Cook the eggs in boiling water, let them cool down a bit and squeeze them lightly against the countertop so the shell cracks a bit. cook them in water with tea, soy sauce and a pinch of salt and cinnamon until the shells turn brown.
4. Mason Jar Omelettes
INGREDIENTS
6 Eggs (2 eggs per jar)
salt
black pepper
Provola cheese
Salami
Chives
Hot water
Pecorino cheese
Glass jars
METHOD
1. Break two eggs for each jar.
2. Add a pinch of salt
3. Add the provola and salami cubes
4. Sprinkle some chives
5. Close the jars.
6. Shake well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
7. Heat water in a pan over medium heat.
8. Set the jars in, closed for about 35 minutes.
9. Extract the jars and sprinkle with a little pecorino cheese.
10. Eat directly from the jar!
