Beer roasted potatoes: perfect for any occasion!

It's a very simple recipe to make a super side dish!
INGREDIENTS

potatoes
200ml beer
olive oil
salt
3 tbs breadcrumbs
METHOD
1. Peel the potatoes, cut them and put them in the pot to boil.
2. Place them in a baking pan, add salt and olive oil.
3. Cook for 10 minutes at 180ยฐ then pour in the beer.
4. Bake at 180ยฐC 10 minutes.
5. Add the breadcrumbs and bake for 10 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
