Pineapple sorbet: simple to make and delicious

Ingredients:
850g pineapple
pineapple juice
2 tbsp lemon juice
180ml water
Directions:
Blend pineapple, juice and lemon juice in the blender, there should be no lumps. Pour into a container and add the water, stir and refrigerate for six hours. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and use it for about 20 minutes. If you don't have the ice cream maker put it in the freezer (after the six hours in the fridge) for an hour and mix it, then you will have to stir the mixture for 5 hours every 30 minutes.
