Happy focaccia: tasty and yummy idea to serve your guests

Ingredients:
130g mother yeast, refreshed and doubled (or 2 cubes of yeast)
400g all-purpose flour
300ml water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
zucchini
tomatoes, pitted olives
oregano
salt and olive oil
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in water and sugar, then gradually add flour and water. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for two hours.
Then fold the dough with greasy hands, let it rest for another hour.
Roll out the dough in a greased pan, roll it out well and let it rest covered with plastic wrap for 30 minutes. Then decorate with zucchini and tomatoes, oil, oregano and salt. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20 minutes.
