How to make a perfect strawberry sorbet

Ingredients:
600g frozen strawberries
120ml water
240g sugar
Directions:
Add the sugar to the water and melt it in the microwave or on the stove.
Pour in strawberries and blend everything, strain the juice and pour it into the ice cream and slushmachine for 30 minutes (or freeze for a couple of hours, take out and stir, repeat this process again and serve).
