Pistachio ice cream recipe: refreshing, creamy and yummy

Ingredients:
240g pistachios
240ml whipping cream
400ml milk
150g sugar
pinch of salt
2 tbsp cornstarch

Direction s:
Boil the pistachios, then filter from the water and soak in ice water. Then place the pistachios on a sheet of paper towel and shake them so they can be easily peeled.
Mix whipping cream, milk and yolk. Put sugar, salt and starch in a saucepan. Mix and pour the liquid mixture, then add the pistachios and let them thicken. Pour a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let cool. Place in the ice cream machine and mix for 30 minutes.
