Teriyaki Chicken: how to prepare it at home

Ingredients:
1 boneless chicken thigh with skin
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp potato starch
Sauce:
1.5 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp mirin
1.5 tbsp sake
Directions:
Season the chicken with salt and pepper (each side).
Then mix it with potato starch and cook in a pan.
Sauce: mix all the ingredients into a bowl and pour on the chicken, cook on medium heat and the cut into slice.
