Stuffed Swirled Flatbread: The Perfect Accompaniment To Side Dishes

Ingredients:
700ml water
1kg flour
3 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 cubes yeast
250ml melted butter
Ricotta for filling to taste
Parsley for filling
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the water, then add the flour, sugar and salt. Mix well until mixture is smooth and shape a loaf. Let rise for 3 hours, then shape into many small dough pieces and roll them out. Stuff with butter, ricotta and parsley, roll and let rise for another 30 minutes. Then cook in a non-stick pan.
