Chocolate cake roll: soft, delicious and spectacular

Ingredients:
For the base (cm30x35):
5 medium eggs
150g all-purpose flour
150g sugar
10-12g cocoa powder
For the syrup:
100ml water
40g sugar
1 vanilla bean / vanilla extract
For the filling:
250g hazelnut spread
Peanuts
Directions:
Whip the eggs with the sugar until creamy, then add the sifted flour and stir. Leave aside an amount and mix with cocoa powder. Pour the white mixture on the baking pan and the chocolate one in the pastry bag. Make the drawings and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 12/15 minutes.
Once ready, wet with the syrup (obtained by mixing the three ingredients) and then fill. Roll up and after 5/6 minutes you can cut it and serve it.
