Fruit sandwiches: a refreshing treat that both grown-ups and kids will enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
12 strawberries
2 Kiwis
1 orange
4 slices toast bread
Whipped cream
1 cup heavy cream
5 tsp sugar
METHOD
- Whip cream with sugar
- Now spread the whipped cream on both sides of the bread.
- Place fruit on one side of the bread only.
- Put whipped cream to fill the gap between the fruit.
- Place the second sandwich bread slices on top of the fruit, face down, with whipped cream.
- Prepare a plastic wrap to wrap the sandwich tightly on all four sides.
- Mark the cross section over the plastic film with a pen.
- Put sandwiches between plates and chill for at least one hour.
- Open the plastic wrap and cut the sandwich in half diagonally with knife.
- Cut 4 edges and serve.
