Pan-Fried Salmon with Creamy Garlic Sauce: can be eaten with pasta, rice or vegetables

Ingredients:
8 cloves garlic
2 tbsp onion
4 salmon fillets
2 teaspoons olive oil

2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper, to season
1/4 cup dry white wine

1 and 3/4 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 slices lemon
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Chop garlic and onion. Place salmon in a skillet with olive oil and let it cook. Melt the butter, add garlic, onion, white wine, heavy cream. Add salt and pepper then baby spinach and lemon. Finally place in the salmon and serve it.
