INGREDIENTS
For the cake:
300g flour
170g sugar
70ml milk
16g baking powder
125g butter
3 eggs

For the cream:
3 eggs
70g sugar
500g ricotta cheese
3 eggs
70g sugar
500g ricotta cheese
METHOD
1. Beat the eggs together with sugar, milk, butter, flour and then baking powder.
2. Add the chocolate chips and mix until fluffy.
3. Mix well the ricotta cheese, with sugar and eggs.
4. Pour the batter into a cake pan (24cm), then add in the center the ricotta cream.
5. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
6. Let it cool. Dust with lots of powdered sugar before serving.
