Cheese and yogurt fritters: the perfect meal to enjoy your break

Ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic
175 gr of stale bread
375 gr of yogurt
2 eggs
230 gr of yellow cheese
1tsp baking powder
Olive oil
150 gr of flour
Chopped parsley
Directions:
Place the bread into the water and leave for 5 minutes. Then mix all the ingredients into a bowl and amalgamate them. Fry the fritters into hot oil and serve warm.
