Pancakes 3 ways: you'll be looking forward to try them!

1. Pineapple upside down pancakes:
INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
50g sugar
130g flour
60ml pineapple syrup
baking powder
20/30g honey
Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. Mix eggs with sugar, then add honey, baking powder, pineapple syrup and flour.
2. Whisk until batter becomes smooth.
3. Cook pineapple ring until lightly caramelized on one side, about 2 minutes, before flipping it.
4. Pour the pancakes batter on the pineapple slice.
5. Cook 5 minutes for side.
6. Add powdered sugar.

1/2 tbsp vanilla extract

METHOD
1.Start separating egg yolks from white yolks. Take the egg yolks and in a bowl add vanilla extract, flour and backing powder. Mix.
2.Now take the egg whites and whip them adding in two times sugar.
3.Add them to the first bowl and mix all together.
4.Take a hot pan on low heat and start adding the mixture. Cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes each side.
5.Cut some fruits, add some icing sugar and maple syrup, then serve them hot!

250ml skim milk
2 tsp baking powder

1. Beat together the eggs, sugar, and oil
2. Gradually add the flour and milk. Lastly, add the baking powder.
3. Mix until the batter is nice and fluffy.
4. Heat a microwave-safe dish for one minute.
5. Pour the batter onto the plate and microwave for 2 minutes.
6. Flip over the pancake and microwave for other 30 seconds.
7. Garnish with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
