Potato Bread: Fluffy And Irresistible

Ingredients:
250g all-purpose flour
50g sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon yeast
50g mashed potatoes
1 egg
80ml milk
30g butter
1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons sugar
70ml milk
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
vanilla extract
Directions:
Boil a potato and remove the peel. Mash the potato in a bowl. Sift the flour and add the sugar, baking powder and salt. Then add the potato, egg and milk and mix together. Finally add the butter and knead the mixture until smooth, cover and let rise for about an hour. Combine egg yolk with sugar, milk, flour and vanilla extract. Cook over low heat until it thickens. Cover the breads with the cream made after having brushed them with the egg. Then bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
