Charlotte with yogurt and strawberries: a refreshing, quick cake

Ingredients for cookie dough:
4 egg whites
105g sugar
4 egg yolks
25g sugar
160g all-purpose flour
40 g cornstarch
Ingredients for filling:
180g mascarpone
1 pot plain yogurt
200ml whipped cream
ladyfingers
strawberries

How to make cookie dough:
Beat the egg whites and sugar; apart from doing the same thing with the yolks, add flour and cornstarch before mixing the two mixtures; place the cream in a baking pan, adding 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar, before baking for 8 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
How to make the filling:
Mix mascarpone, white yogurt and cream well: once you have a cream, place it onto the cookie dough, creating two layers; refrigerate for 8 hours before adding the strawberries: your cake is finally ready.
