Cheese buns: you won't be able to resist their filling

Ingredients:
280g all-purpose flour
20g sugar
3g salt
40g water
3g active dry yeast
20g butter
cheese to taste
Directions:
Pour the water and dissolve the yeast. In a bowl mix flour, sugar and salt, then mix everything together. Shape a dough and let rise until doubled in volume, then knead it again and let it rest for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough and form the buns, stuff with cheese and let rise for 30 minutes, then fry until golden brown.
