How to make a tasty potato gateau: quick recipe

Ingredients:
1kg / 1kg and 100 potatoes
3 whole eggs
100g grated Parmesan cheese
olive oil
nutmeg
salt
salami to taste
2 mozzarella
olive oil
bread crumbs
Directions:
Wash the potatoes well and boil them starting from cold water, then leave them in the water until they are soft.
Then mash them and mix them with eggs, cheese, walnut, salt and diced salami.
Spread a first part of the dough in a baking pan, then add the milk and cover with the rest. Finally cover with oil and breadcrumbs.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 30 minutes.
