Lemon tart: a crunchy crust with an irresistible filling

shortcrust pastry crust
1 egg white
1 teaspoon water
1 pack cream cheese
Filling:
1 condensed milk
fresh lemon zest, grated
1/2 cup lemon juice
Whipped Cream
Directions:
1 egg white
1 teaspoon water
1 pack cream cheese
Filling:
1 condensed milk
fresh lemon zest, grated
1/2 cup lemon juice
Whipped Cream
Directions:
Brush a mixture of egg white beaten with water on the bottom of the pastry. Combine cream cheese and condensed milk in a bowl. Add lemon juice and lemon zest. Pour the filling into the prepared crust. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
