Hand stuffed pies: a mouthwatering recipe for lunch or dinner

Ingredients:
Filling:
250 grams of ham
250 gr of mozzarella
1 tomato
150 gr cream
100 grams of scamorza
1 tablespoon of oregano

Dough:
400 gr flour
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of margarine
150 gr cream
1 teaspoon instant dry yeast
salt

Directions:
In a large bowl, insert all the ingredients of the filling and mix well.
In another bowl put the eggs, margarine, cream, yeast, flour and salt. Stir well until you obtain a homogeneous dough, roll it out and form discs. Then fill them and close them in crescent, brush with the yolk and bake at 400°F (200 °) for 15/20 minutes.
