How to prepare a very tasty beef Turkish pide

Ingredients:
Dry Yeast : 1 Tablespoon
Milk : 200 ML
Egg : 1
Oil : 100 ML
Plain/ All Purpose Flour : 600 G
Salt : 2 Teaspoon
Water: 50 ml
Minced meat : 500 G
Oil : 3 Tablespoon
Medium Size Onions : 2
Medium Size Tomatoes : 2
Fresh Coriander
Pressed Garlic : 2 Cloves
Paprika Powder : 1 Teaspoon
Black Pepper : 1 Teaspoon
Chilli Flakes : 1 Teaspoon
Salt : 1 Teaspoon
Tomato Puree (Passata Sauce) : 3 Tablespoon
Egg Yolk + Milk
Sesame Seeds
Directions:
Combine together yeast, water, egg, oli and milk. Then add flour and salt. Mix well and let it rise for 90 minutes.
Cook the meat into a pan and add all the seasoning.
Cut and spread the dough and fill as the video shows. Spread egg yolk and milk and sprinkle sesame seeds. Bake at 400° (200°) for 15/20 minutes.
