Japanese buns with cinnamon filling: fluffy, easy and delicious

Ingredients:
100 ml of milk
20 g flour
160 ml of warm milk
2 tbsp. sugar
7 g dry yeast
350 g flour
1 tsp salt
1 egg
25 g butter
To grease buns:
1 egg
For filling:
4 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
50 g butter
Directions:
Heat and mix water and flour, set aside. Mix together milk, sugar, yeast, flour, salt, egg and butter. Make a dough and let it rise for about 3 hours. Then make some balls, spread and fill them. Make the buns and cover for 30 minutes. Bake at 400°F (190°) for 20 minutes.
