Stuffed and creamy cauliflower: perfect if you love veggie and meat

Ingredients:
1 cauliflower head
180g ground beef (beef / pork)
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 egg
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp sweet paprika
80 ml of tomato sauce

For the sauce:
50 g butter
30 g flour
200 ml of milk
80 g cheddar cheese + 30 g to sprinkle cauliflower
20 g grated Parmesan cheese

20 g grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Wash and boil the cauliflower, then combine together the meat, onion, garlic, egg, spices, salt and tomato sauce. Stuff the cauliflower and bake at 400°F (200°) for 30 minutes.
In a pan make the sauce and cover the cauliflower.
