Bazlama Recipe: You Will Love This Turkish Bread

Ingredients:
1 kg all-purpose flour
600ml hot water
2 packages active dry yeast
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt

Directions:
Pour the water into the planetary mixer, then add sugar, salt, oil and yeast. Stir and gradually add the flour, then let rise until doubled in volume.
Then shape several pieces of dough, roll them out and let them rest for 30 minutes.
Then cook your bread in the pan.
