Ballon Bazlama bread: how to prepare the Turkish recipe

Ingredients:
3 cups of warm water
2 teaspoons salt
2 tsp sugar
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 package of powdered yeast
7 cups of flour

Directions:
In a bowl pour the water and melt the yeast. Then add flour (carefully), salt, sugar and finally pour the oil. Make a dough and leave for 3-4 hours, then spread and make some circles. Spread again and cook on the no-stick pan.
