Caprese in pizza crown: here's how to serve this unique, tasty recipe

Ingredients:
For pizza dough:
500g all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3g fresh yeast
10/12g salt
275ml water

For the filling:
100g tomato sauce
200g drained tuna
20 capers
oil, salt to taste

For the caprese:
250g fior di latte
200g sliced tomato
fresh basil
oil, salt, pepper to taste
Directions:
Prepare the pizza dough by combining all ingredients until mixture is smooth. Then let it sit for a few hours until it doubles. Roll out the dough, stuff on one side then cut the other half into strips and roll it up. Brush the tomato puree and bake at 180°C (360°F) for about 20 minutes. Serve filling the central part with tomato and mozzarella.
