Soft and Fluffy Apple and Milk Bread: perfect to pair with chocolate spread or to eat as it is

Ingredients:
280g Bread flour
33g Sugar
4g Salt
208g Milk
4g Dry yeast
22g Unsalted butter
80g Dry Apples
Melted butter(if you like it)
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar and salt and mix together with a whisk. Combine milk, and dry yeast, then add it and mix. Put it on the table and knead.Add butter and dry Apples and knead. Make it round, then leave it at a warm place until it gets twice as bigger. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and make them round. Cover them with a wet cloth and leave them for 15 mins. After resting, deflate with your hand, round and smooth the surface of the dough well, and firmly close the seam. Put them on the chiffon cake pan. Cover them with plastic wrap, leave it at a warm place until they get twice as bigger. Bake it at 190°C for 19 min. Turn the degree down to 180°C and bake it again for 5 min.Remove from the pan and place it on a wire rack to cool. Spread Melted butter on top.
