Ricotta cake: so delicious that everyone's going to ask for more

Ingredients:
COOKIE:
200g all-purpose flour
65g sugar
65g butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
CREAM:
500g ricotta
2 eggs
65g butter
120ml milk
1 sachet vanilla pudding mix
160g sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation:
Biscuit: mix flour, sugar and baking powder, then add egg and butter. Stir until you have a smooth dough and roll it out into a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Cream: melt the butter in the milk. Whip the eggs with the sugar, then add the pudding, baking powder and melted butter. Pour over the base and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 35 minutes.
