Ricotta fritters: crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside, delicious

Ingredients:
180g ricotta (1 pack)
2 eggs
80g cream cheese
60g all-purpose flour
salt
50-70g pecorino
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the eggs, then gradually add the other ingredients until mixture is smooth.
Put a little oil in a non-stick pan and cook the pancakes.
