3-layer mousse cake: you will love its flavor

Ingredients:
150g Graham crackers
50g butter
50ml coffee
cream:
4 egg yolks
70g condensed milk
8g vanilla sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
400ml milk
1 teaspoon lemon zest
25g gelatin leaves + 100ml water
150g dark chocolate
150g milk chocolate
150g White chocolate
50g butter to melt any type of chocolate

Directions:
Blend the biscuits, mix them with butter and coffee and crush them on the bottom of the mold. Refrigerate.
Prepare the cream: put the gelatin in water. Then divide the yolks from the whites, mix the egg yolks with condensed milk, sugar. starch, milk and lemon peel. Bring to the heat and let thicken by adding the jelly. Beat the egg whites and add to the cream.
Divide the cream into three and mix each portion with three types of chocolate.
Pour the three layers over the base, 15-20 minutes apart (in the fridge) one from the other.
