Tarte croque: you’ll love every bite!

An easy recipe perfect for a friend's dinner night!
INGREDIENTS

1 cup béchamel sauce;
12 slices ham;
6 slices cheese;
Sandwich bread, pre-sliced;
4 eggs;
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
METHOD
- Preheat oven to 180C/350F.
- Remove crust from the bread slices and roll each slice out using rolling pin.
- Cover the bottom of the baking pan with bread slices, layer ham and cheese on top. Spread half of béchamel sauce on top.
- Add more bread, and repeat layers of ham, cheese and sauce. Cover with leftover bread slices.
- Using drinking glass, make 4 holes on the top layer of the bread and pour an egg into each hole. Top with cheese and bake for 15 minutes.
