Eggless chocolate mousse cake: fluffy and delicious, try it!

Ingredients:
100g Sweet chocolate
15g Unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons hot water
250ml milk
200ml heavy Cream(42%) 30g
Granulated sugar 50g
condensed milk 8g
Powdered gelatin
40ml water
Cocoa powder
Directions
Add 40 ml of water to gelatin and warm thoroughly with a microwave oven at 600 w for 20-30 seconds to dissolve completely.
Chop 1 sweet chocolate.
Add 2 tablespoons of boiling water to 15g cocoa powder and mix well.
(3) Put milk in a pot, heat cream on medium heat, add granulated sugar, condensed milk then add the cocoa mixture and mix well.
(Warm up to the boiling point.)

Add the finely chopped chocolate and mix well until it melts.
Turn off the heat, add gelatin solution, strain with a strainer, and put in a bowl
Add to ice water until cool.
place in a mold overnight then add cocoa powder to decorate.
