Stuffed bell peppers: a yummy main dish ready in no-time!

His healthy and easy dinner idea combines cous cous, and sweet and colorful red, yellow bell peppers for an easy dinner!
INGREDIENTS

• 2 bell peppers
• 1 cup couscous
• 5 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tsp vegetable cube
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1/4 onion,
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp Italian herbs
• 1 cup boiling water
METHOD
Cut the peppers in half and clean the center.
Mix all ingredients in the bowl except boiling water.
Add boiling water, cover with foil and leave for 10-15 minutes
Stuff the peppers and form a hole for the egg
Add the eggs to the holes, put peppers on the baking sheet.

Bake at 180C/350F for 15 minutes
