Chocolate shortcrust pastry braid: beautiful, easy and delicious

Ingredients:
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
150g butter
500g all-purpose flour
1tsp yeast
130g milk
4-5tbsp chocolate cream
Directions:
In a bowl, pour the flour and start mixing with sugar, baking powder and butter. Then add the egg and milk, shape into a dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Divide into three equal parts, roll them out and fill them. Weave the pastry and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 15 minutes.
