Mushroom quiche: delicious, satisfying and simple to make!

This is the BEST mushroom quiche recipe ever. The filling is soft creamy and cheesy flavored with spinach and mushrooms!
INGREDIENTS
1 pie crust
• 8oz mushrooms, sliced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 10oz frozen spinach
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 2oz feta cheese
• 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated
• 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
• Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
Squeeze out excess moisture from spinach.

Add the mushrooms, garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper in a skillet, and some vegetable oil. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Cover a 22-23 cm baking pan with a non-stick spray. Put the pie crust on the bottom. Pierce it with a fork and bake for 10-15 minutes. Put squeezed spinach on the cake. Put the fried mushrooms on top of the spinach and then the chopped feta.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk and parmesan. Season lightly with pepper. Pour the egg mixture into a baking pan. Sprinkle the top with mozzarella.
Bake for 45-55 minutes at 180C/350F.
