Crunchy egg Fingers: an easy snacks with a few ingredients!

Egg fingers is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Side-Dish! You must try it!
INGREDIENTS

- 8 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika flakes
- 1/2 tsp Italian herbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumb
METHOD
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
- Grease the round shape form with oil, pour the eggs, cover with foil
- Pour water into the pan at the bottom, put the mold and close with the lid
- Cook until firm.
- Pull out of the form cut into strips
- Mix flour, starch, salt, herbs and paprika
- Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.
- Dip egg fingers in flour, egg and bread crumbs, in egg and breadcrumbs (double breading)
- Fry in oil until golden brown
