Crunchy egg Fingers: an easy snacks with a few ingredients!

Egg fingers is a delicious Indian recipe served as a Side-Dish! You must try it!

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Italian herbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumb
 
METHOD
  1. Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Grease the round shape form with oil, pour the eggs, cover with foil
  3. Pour water into the pan at the bottom, put the mold and close with the lid
  4. Cook until firm.
  5. Pull out of the form cut into strips
  6. Mix flour, starch, salt, herbs and paprika
  7. Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt.
  8. Dip egg fingers in flour, egg and bread crumbs, in egg and breadcrumbs (double breading)
  9. Fry in oil until golden brown
