Beef and broccoli: the right recipe if you want make a quick but mouthwatering meal

Ingredients:
1 pound flank steak, cut into 1/4-inch-thick bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
3-4 cups chopped broccoli florets (about 1 medium head of broccoli)
1 batch of sauce (see below)
1 tablespoon peanut oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
optional garnishes: toasted sesame seeds and/or thinly-sliced green onions
Sauce Ingredients:
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
Directions:
Insert the beef into a plastic bag and mix with soy sauce and white vinegar.
Boil water and cook the broccoli, make the sauce and sauté all in a pan.
