Baked berry cheesecake

Ingredients:
300g Graham crackers
150g melted butter
Cream:
250g mascarpone
250g cream cheese
150g sugar
3 eggs
100ml cream
1 vanilla bean

Directions:
Blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter, then crush them on the bottom of the pan.
Mix all the ingredients using only the inner part of the vanilla bean, pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 160°C (320°F) for 50 minutes. Allow it to cool and decorate with the berries.
